****** ****** AND RUDE CASHIER!

Such a horrible and ****** experience I recieved in your store in cradlestone mall, the cashier was RUDE firstly i had to wait 25 minutes to be served a simple wors roll because the person working at that station could not be located. As they were running around looking for her im standing there wasting more time.

finally she came and there was a customer infront of me i will specify that she was white.your rude attendant then asks her to choose the wors she wants she does but does not bother asking me and chooses one for me nonetheless i didint care.well she brings a dry roll and the lady tells her she wants a soft roll instead she then runs to the bakery to get one.the lady then left its my turn now she serves me the same wors that the lady said she doesint want and i inform her that i also prefer a soft one WOW! she tells me to go to the bakery and get one for myself continues asking me who will buy the one that the WHITE lady rejected if i dont want it.COOL please get me your manager she does she continues with insults telling me that im disrespectfull pointing fingers on my face.

what a disgrace the manager standing there trying to calm her down with no luck this is the kind of service that will make me and everyone close to me to never walk in that store again what a humiliation. As a mamager myself im shocked i have always instilled in my staff members to respect customers and treat them with respect
