****** manager with Bad attitude

On Sunday the 28th, just as i arrived on my trip in Cape Town, went to V&A pick & pay liquor to buy myself some drinks for my hotel room, on the shelve there was a paper of a special on the particular drink I wanted, when I got to the point of sale, to my shock the price was not the same as what they were advertised. Then went to the aisle with the cashier & she called the guy who was working on that section they saw that all the bottles were bruit & the promotion was indeed put on those specific bottles. Then the cashier had to call the manager, I had to wait another 15minutes for this manager, who had to be called more the 3 times & mind you there was only 1 cashier on duty! When this manager came the cashier explained the story & he came matching at me we a horrible energy! Walked to the shelves and said it’s a mistake that is not the one on promotion. He made an unnecessary scene speaking with such a loud irritating voice. So whose damn fault was it? I asked cause that’s the price they put on the drink! Rudely he response with a bad attitude that there’s nothing he can do! This guy has a bad & negative energy. Mr Alf is he’s name. I can say very ******! I regret going to that store, to even think it has an unpleasant smell odour as to when you enter through the door.. Head office should deal or be careful with this individual!
