Only 1 lady in front of me, took more than 20min to be helped to pay. Lady in front’s pensioner discount cancled and had to be re-activated. Even though the manager was called first to our till she (Fiona) continued to ignore us and do everything as slow as possible. Kept on helping new problems. When I complained manager (Fiona) said “you white people can wait”. Video will show she only ignored the cashiers with white clients.

Thanks Pick n Pay Brits, this franchise owner must be proud!! Take peoples money and treat them like ****. I am sure this will be ignored like all the other complaints against her. Photo also available of employees just standing around and chatting.
