****** is so alive at Pick and Pay Tramshed

On the 20/07/2015 the morning I went to Pick a Pay in Tramshed in Francis baard street just to buy a newspaper -there was one till open and another in process of throwing change in the drawer , this was way past 08H00 , there were a couple of persons in front of me , and I noticed the other lady -Sandra was now ready for a customer , so I walked around to her till , she flatly ignored me , and turned her back on me , and walked away without saying a word , I went back to the other line , she then turned around and went back to her till , n black man then went to her till and immediately she helped him , at this stage I had to stand and wait for change for almost 5min -I'm Realy disappointed that in the year 2015 ****** is so alive at Pick and Pay Tramshed , the customer serves levels at this Pick n Pay is extremely poor , and I think Management should address this
