****** in Pick and Pay
I just popped into Pick and Pay Northriding to buy bread standing in the express queue to the kiosk I noticed a customer in the front of the queue having a great time drinking a can of Amstle and not wearing his mask then chatting and laughing with another guy in the queue who was also not wearing his mask having a good old time. I asked the cashier why is this allowed to happen and she says to me, " He is my black brother he can do what he wants" I felt so disgusted but this is the ****** country we live in now and even in these scary unprecedented times Pick and Pay allows this to happen....

24 Nov 2020, 14:04The manager from the store called and asked what time the incident occurred I told him to check my smart shopper and get an exact time. He said he will view the footage and get back to me...
He called back and said he saw the footage and could see what had happened but then asked me to describe again... My question was why it you can see the footage of the men not wearing masks and drinking in the store is that not enough....? He proceeded to say we sorry...
Well Pick and Pay that is not enough if I was being ****** towards your staff I could well end up in jail if I put your staffs life in jeopardy I could well end up in jail... You need to be accountable it is ****** and my life was put in jeopardy by the correct protocols not being followed. I expect that you Pick and Pay match my spend for the entire year on my card and say we apologise for putting your life at risk....I actually think maybe I should sue then maybe pick and pay would be accountable....
