****** at Pick 'n Pay

On 4 December 2020, I experienced ****** at Pick 'n Pay which violated section 9 of the constitution which guarantees the right of every person not to be unfairly discriminated against, directly or indirectly, on the basis of race. Accordingly, I wrote a review against Pick 'n Pay on the basis of this ******. Pick 'n Pay wrote an SMS to me indicating that they are in the process of dealing with it.

To date, no action has been taken against the perpetrators and nothing has been done to remedy this barbaric conduct.

I am utterly disappointed at how Pick 'n Pay has taken my complaint lightly as if my human rights have not been violated.
