****** at Pick 'n Pay
I experienced so much ****** at the Coachmans Crossing Pick 'n Pay that left me feeling immensely hurt and violated. I went to the shop to purchase groceries and as I got to the paying point, the cashier decided to serve a white lady who was not even in the line waiting to be served. I then raised it with the cashier only to be informed by the white lady that "life is tough my friend". The white lady then proceeded to inform me that "we as black people find ****** in everything". Worse of all, the cashier proceeded to serve the white lady and the store manager could not be bothered. This is not the first time that I have been violated at this store. My human rights have been violated!!!

Thank you for your prompt response.
Sadly enough, this incident has not only happened to me but to the black people in Bryanston, Sandton. I decided to take this forward because this constant violation to my human rights is a serious issue.
As an attorney, I did not want to press charges against Pick 'n Pay, as a whole, for this violation to my human rights and to lodge a complaint with the Human Rights Commission. I wanted to address this with you in order to reach some form of understanding as this has gone on for far too long. I have bought at that Coachmans Crossing Pick 'n Pay since 2015 but I am still not valued because I am a black woman.
I hope that you will address this concern adequately and swiftly.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
Mmadika
