****** and unfair treatment

Tgis was a mail i sent to customer care with regards to PnP Randfontein/Helikonpark

Good day

Juat from a concerned citizen and a unhappy very unhappy customer who has baught from PnP Randfontein for quite a few years.

Today at 16:00 on 2021-05-09 I went into PnP Randfontein. It was me my father inlaw and my daughter that is 20 years old. We are white people just to say that as much. The managers on the floor was black. As we came in a father and his daughter behind us came in as well. And really just to say this they are black too. My daughter covered her face and noze with a jacket me and my father in law had masks on.

All of the sudden the security came and chased my daughyer out. I went and baught a mask for her. Anyway the fathervand daughyer that was behind me thatvwas black did not have a masknor covering on her face. The daughter it is.

When I addressed this situation with the managers on the floor they said that, that was ok. To my knowledge everyone shouod have a mask on. This was clearly a ****** situation. I have already contacted my lawyer with regards to this as we are living in a country that is supposed to be ****** free. I have gathered enough evidence with regards to this situation and eye witnesses to prove my side. I will never buy at any PnP ever again. As I am offended as to what happened. The staff cant be trusted as otherwise they will lose their jobs.

I hope to hear back from PnP corporate. ****** is not allowed in this vountry and by law everyone has to have a mask on.
