R500 advertised cash back a gimmick

i purchased a printer from pick n pay. The adverti*****t said R500 cash back online. I only bought this printer because of the R500 promotion. I went online and no such promotion existed. This was on the 19 July 2020. I have called many times, they keep telling me they will get back to me, but they don't get back.
