R300 WASTED
On January 2nd I bought some nan baby formula from pick not pay. I only used it the next day and I noticed that it had a bitter taste and looked a bit odd. I took it back to Sable Square where I spoke to Amanda. Who passed me on to a so called branch manager.

This guy told me that I would need to lodge a complaint with the suppliers of the milk and I would not be getting a refund. Not once did he address the fact that my week old baby could have become sick from this bad milk. He did not even think to remove the other baby formulas from the shelf.

In his exact words he said that I must take this formula to the suppliers and say that I bought it from sable Square pick not pay and there after sable Square will get their money back from the supplier and then I will get my money back.

I was so appalled that I left the milk there. I might as well have taken my three hundred rand and flushed it. Disgusting service!!!
