R2000 ****** and NO HELP FROM MANAGEMENT
I was in Pick n' Pay Clothing when my purse got ****** out of my bag. I noticed straight away and went to find management to ask to call security or the police because I knew who had taken it. Porti Siwundla, who was the manager who was supposed to be there was not present. When I called her to ask to see the footage and to call security she said she can't do that because it will give Pick n' Pay Clothing a bad name. She said the cameras were not working so I couldn't see the footage. 5 Days later when I went back to speak to security, there was all of a sudden footage but Pick n' Pay refused to show it to me. She said there was nothing they could do and they did NOTHING TO HELP. The lady who stole my purse, stayed in the shop for at least 15 minutes and Pick n' Pay could have done MORE. I am SO disgusted in their negligence and poor customer care. They were unhelpful and indirectly told me to leave because there was \nothing"they could do about it when the lady who stole my purse was still in the shop at the time. I'm appalled in the shops service as they refused giving me higher management details."""
