R200 counterfeit money received from Pick n Pay The Angelo mall

Good day my name is Portia, I went to Pick 'n Pay at the Angelo mall on Saturday the 25th of May , I went there and did a cash send withdrawal of R2160 ,But received R2153 due to charges , the problem I have is that amongst the Notes I received from them one R200 note was counterfeit , of which by the time I took the money I didn't notice I just took the money and left ,it was a very busy Saturday and I didn't see the money was **** until Tuesday the 28th when someone borrowed money from me and when I took out of the money the same notes from pick and pay out of the 5 R200 notes I noticed 1 of them had a shiny look and the Mandela sign looked very funny then I went to Pick 'n Pay because it was the only notes I had from them and I didn't get money anywhere else, that was the notes I had left from the cash send withdrawal , so when I got there I asked for the manager and showed her the R200 note and she took a look at it and went with it to the office to view and call her area manager about my complaint, I mean they could remember the time I came to the store on Saturday and it is the only place I went to get money from, so to my surprise the lady said "ai sisi the area manager is saying why didn't you come the same day or the next day at least, and the area manager instructed her to send an email to Azza from the financial department", the same Azza if I'm spelling it right ignored the email till today and even the area manager didn't care about my complaint, I was the one who kept on calling them following up, so today the 1 June ,I called again to find out ,then the lady said the area Manager said I must give him 2 hours to resolve the complaint but still no solution coz the very same lady called me back saying as I said I will report them to the police Id rather do that because the finance person "Azza " is saying no he will not consider my complaint as I could have gotten the money anywhere , my problem with them is that it shows that Pick 'n Pay don't really care about their clients or customers, today I am left at a loss of R200 maybe to them it might seem foolish but to me it counts as money and if I was making up a story I wouldn't have even took my time and petrol money to go to them and report the R200 note that I got from them , I am very dissatisfied about their care for customers at Pick n pay the Angelo mall , all the money I used for my calls and time to them it means nothing, the nerve to even tell me that GO to the police because they don't care about customers, if needed they can even check if I went to any ATM withdrawing money ,I didn't, that why I know it's from them , the cashier received this money without checking it was busy but then I have to take the fall for it coz they don't check their money or care about customers ,I am very disappointed, I buy at Pick n pay ,Cash most of the time but I don't think I will ever go back to buy or do any transactions with Pick n pay anymore because I will end up at a loss with **** money!!!, I want Pick n pay to refund my money ,they don't care about customers but if it was a white person they would have jumped coz they make could make a scene but because to them I am just a nobody that's why they treat me like a piece of *******
