R1200 Aramex Missing Package taken by Internal Staff

It is with utter disgust that Pick n Pay Festival Mall gave a lousy excuse on how my package got missing. According to Pick n Pay Festival Mall, a random guy entered Pick n Pay Festival Mall store, walked straight to the counter where the Aramex Drop off box is, inserted his hand in and magically pulled out the Aramex package (huge one at this point). Technically, how the drop box is designed, it would be impossible for a package that size to be easily pulled out as it prevents that. The only way to get a package out of that size is by opening the box from behind the counter which Aramex and Pick n Pay employees would have access to that. If Pick n Pay Festival Mall is standing by their version of events, proof of the footage of the sequence of events would be needed and if such cannot be provided, it simply means that Pick n Pay Festival Mall is protecting employees who tarnish its name by *****ing customer packages. In addition, the Aramex drop off box is less than a meter from the Security guard, if the case is that the stranger did so, it would be impossible for the security guard not to note them from trying to pull out an huge package out of the Aramex drop off box. he would have noted the struggle and possibly questioned his actions as the packages cannot be pulled out at all. A detailed report on the incident, including any potential security lapses, and why the security guard did not notice or intervene. Pick n Pay Festival Mall promotes disloyal employees and seems to not take its clients seriously.

Aramex has done its throughout investigation have confirmed that such package was never retrieved at the Pick n Pay Festival Mall at the time of collection by their driver. Their warehouse floors and have been checked and all books have been check out. Aramex has been transparent with their efforts to ensure that my package is traced and it is clear that the Package was taken inside Pick n Pay Festival Mall and the Aramex drop off Box was unlocked.
