R100 VOUCHER NOT HONOURED ONE DAY AFTER EXPIRY

After spending R3000, many Pick n Pay shoppers qualified to get a R100 voucher.

Sadly, many customers, including Our Pensioners shopped on Monday ,31.12.2018 and realised that the voucher expired on the 30th December 2018. Pick n Pay simply refused to make provision for the exchange of these vouchers, which many of us qualified for because we saw ourselves as valued customers. The R100 meant so much for our aged and the stores were not prepared to exchange / honour the voucher. How sad Many of us were referred to call the head office number knowingly that no one was available to assist us. Sad that the Pick n Pay was not prepared to consider an extension on the exchange of these vouchers.

They must have made the necessary provisions for the sales that were generated during the R5 promotion.
