Queues longer than voting queues.

<p>Long q's and spending hours in pin-n-pay have become the norm as of late, a person has to dedicate the whole day to standing in the queue in Pin-n-Pay Maponya mall, the last we were was on 27nth of August and I took more than 2 hours in the queue, the manager said they don't have stuff, 6 of them did not come to work while others are on a 30min tea break. Quit frankly I was suprised at the level of service that pin-n-pay used to give us in Maponya since it was tops and I wandered how long it would last till they start giving us ****py service with queues that are longer than voting queues, spending long hours as if its home affairs or public clinic. </p>
