Queues and tills

I once wrote a review about pick and pay. They called me to explain that they do have 10 items tills

I did go there recently and tried 10 items till, I discovered that the reason isn't so visible and active its because customers who queue there don't have 10 items in their baskets its more than 10...so I think it should be baskets till.

I'm happy that there was assistance on the cold meat stall I even managed to buy ham.

Something must be done about those queues and we can't use the Kiosk to pay less items as some customers leave the store without paying as I was told.

When I finally went to the cashier to pay, I heard them complaining that the other cashiers its been hours they went to the bathrooms, so maybe it's also reason of queues.

Please Management take action for this store the queues are a nightmare.
