Queues
<p>Went to steeldale pick n pay on a Saturday the day after pay day. One in 3 tills were open despite large volumes of shoppers. Queues snaked through the fruit snd veg section. Went to the cigarette counter and waited for 15 minutes to pay for 3 items and was then chased back into main till area and told that I could not pay there. No sign was visible to indicate that I could not pay there.</p>
