Queue for the second time at the kioski

went to pick n pay central city mabopane with my colleague on our lunch break, we went to the kioski which said buskets only. when we got to the cashier Julia Masumbuka she said its only 5 items allowed on the kioski she gave us attitute and said we must que again to pay for the other 5 items. Her supervisors came and I went to them to explain that the sign says buskets only but there is no sign for 5 items only they said she was wrong but i kept on queing then paid the other items and she kept debating that she is correct did not even apologies she justified her actions by saying when they are in meetings the supervisors instruct them to only assist 5 items. she treated us like fools and as if she owns pick n pay. Its not my problem that they discussed something but did not notify us as client.... are we suppose to smell the changes made??? we not traditional healers sies maan. I have never felt so disrespected and unvalued like today
