Query.

I would like to lay complaint against pick n pay express at Tshepisong , on the 11th of September which is today I went there to buy an ice-cream but I first asked for the toilet so the ladies toilet was locked I was told to use the male's toilet meanwhile I'm a pregnant woman , whilst I was there I told the security that I'm not really feeling safe can he just stand by the gate he gave me the most unpleasant attitude...seemingly there was someone in the ladies toilet which was the colleague but I tried knocking but there was never a response then but alright I then used the toilet after she left , then went to purchase an ice-cream cone the ice-cream was yellow and the taste was awful , I never even received an apology from Mpho the manager yet I'm pregnant I'm eating things that seemed to be outdated , I even took pictures of it .
