Que to order, Que to pay and Que to spice

I went to pick and pay vereeniging on the food section and I ordered chips and Russians, as I was about to leave I asked the lady that served me to season my chips and she refused I asked her why and she said that it is company policy, I have to pay before she seasons my chips. Then I was referred to a lady called sponono who then sat with the manager on I was only helped after 1hour. Thank you pick and pay for wasting my time.
