Quality of veggies very poor and the bulk no name brand of chedder

I sent pick and pay customer services a complaint ref 128566 three days ago and up to date have not recieved feedback. Checkers will respond within a day. I am very disappointed in the quality of the vegetables ,cheese and pricing of their fat free milk ( not their housebrand)My shopping was done at pick and pay Summerfield Boskruin . Thank you
