Quality Control

I really love Lancewoods Smoked Salmon Flavoured cream cheese and purchase it at least twice a week. I went to Pick'nPay in Epsom Downs Shopping Centre, Bryanston about an hour ago to purchase the cream cheese and Salticrax. I was in such a hurry, I checked the expiry date, paid for the goods and left the store (unfortunately without taking the slip with me). When I got to the office I opened the container to find that it was completely moulded and rotten despite the expiry date of 2/11/2017. I went straight back to the store and they apologised and were happy to replace it for me. When we went to the fridges to find a replacement, we found 3 more containers with mould..... Are they not checking or is this a Lancewood problem??
