quality concern

I recently purchased pnp brand of samoosas from quagga centre and 2 times I found the samoosas frozen together. I purchased them again at the centurion mall branch and again I found them frozen together. This concerns me because it means the cold chain was broken between suppliers and reaching the shop and this is a health hazard.<br> <br> I also purchased spring rolls from Quagga centre and when I deep fried then they fell apart. I was unable to present 50% of the goods I purchased because those that were frozen together and the spring rolls just fell apart.
