Putting a hold on credit card and debiting card - not releasing hold, why?

It has now been 9 days since you put a hold on my credit card to the amount of R382. Items were out of stock and the amount came to R224.90 which you debited my account with. The hold on the original R382 was not released. Mail trail assured me it would be released within 3 to 5 business days, but 9 days later you are still keeping the hold on my credit card. Why? Support just leaves my emails unanswered and the same for Facebook support.
