Putrid services

I'm having problems with the Pick and Pay in Discovery, Roodepoort. They constantly making rules and laws. The liquor store doesn't allow you to return empty bottles or crates unless you buy for whatever you want to return. If I bought 6 bottles without the empties I can't return the 6 bottles without buying 6 again. They are contravening the consumer act, Not a pleasure shopping there any longer
