Putrid service
Ordered at 11am. It's now almost 5pm. Called the help centre three times. Still nothing. Paid r1000 for the order and nothing. How disrespectful and unprofessional. And each help desk person ends the call with please give us an hour, then ur delivery will be there. Seriously.

14 Dec 2022, 17:59I received the goods after 7pm. Still, I doubt that I'll ever order from asap again unless I'm terribly desperate. I've had 1 too many bad experiences.
