Putrid Service

That 1 star is way too generous. I ordered goods on the 28th June and received the incorrect goods which i could not use. I returned the goods and requested a refund. I have been emailing and calling ever since to get the money back that i paid. No effort from Bottles or Pick n Pack at all to manage my expectations, i made all the calls trying to get feedback on my outstanding funds. Its the weeks later and i received a payment way less than whats owing to me. After all my efforts to just very simply get my refund. There is a clear inability for Bottles to get an order right, deliver th3 correct goods, provide good custer service anf do math and process a refund correctly. Even after all my efforts to explaim and ask you still cannot get it right. I have lost all faith in thile Pick n Pay brand and will never spend any of my hard earned money at any of your outlets again. SHOCKING AND PUTRID.
