Putrid PnP Mobile Network- Stay Far Far Away!

I bought a Pick n Pay Mobile sim card this afternoon. Get home insert in my phone. Get the mobile number. Link the number to the smart shopper number. Download PnP Mobile App to buy mobile data. Get message the service is not available. Ok then log on to the PnP website..... Guess what.... no link anywhere on the website to buy mobile data for PnP Mobile.... And the best off all is I can't update my mobile number details nor email address as it is locked. How in the Blue F%$# did PnP think is consumers suppose to buy mobile airtime or data if neither accessible on the app or website? Why in the Blue f%^$ would PnP lock a person contact and email address details on the website making it impossible to update info? With MTN you can buy mobile data from banks, corner retail store or even online BUY NOOOOOOO PnP will make it so difficult as F#$% for a person to buy mobile airtime or data! And try phoning a call centre is even worst. Those useless imbeciles can't help a person when calling asking for help and guidance! I don't see PnP Mobile will ever survive when making it so difficult to buy just simple airtime or data. With this I want to warn/ discourage people out there no to waste your time or money to make use PnP Mobile.

Tried calking Pick n Pay Mobile call centre. Nobody answers the call holding on for 22 minutes yet no answer. The service from this mobile is so **** poor putrid like I have never experienced something in my life. I can't see how this networe will ever make money. Everthing is wrong about this nwtwork from not being able to buy data online to not being able to link the mobile number to the smart shopper number to no customer care support. I am so going throw this sim card away. I will never ever rocommend this BS **** network to anyone. All I can say F You PnP Mobile for wasting my time and money on this nonsense mobile network!

The most useless reply I've ever came accross..... I WILL NOT make use of this useless no good service as there are no benefits in making use of this services! Why must I specially go to a store to buy a data voucher when I can't by mobile data online via the app or website? What's gonna happen when or if ran out of data at night? Must I now wait till the next morning to go to a store to buy a data voucher? And what happens if I am not close to a store to buy data voucher? So as you can see the PnP Mobile service is very limited and does not make sense to use the network with such limited capabilities! Not to mention no customer care support! I loaded my original MTN data sim card went online via the Tyme Bank App and bought data in under 30 seconds with no hassle. Where is should I want to buy PnP Mobile data I must now go to a store buy a data voucher then load it and hope I don't run out out data..... pathetic service access in comparison with easy simple quick access to MTN. Clearly this thought process was NOT well planned and implemented. PnP Mobile has just lost a customer!
