Putrid PNP
I recently received a refund for a defective TV. I just got my bank statement and I see bank charges of R259,96 for a cash deposit done by PNP. So I didn't actually receive my full refund. This is so confusing and conniving. How was a cash deposit the only suitable option? Which competent person decided that I should pay for my refund?
