I,ve been to the southgate branch to make use of the Aramex dropbox & purchase aramex courier bags.theres never anyone at the counter dealing with the courier bags.a staff member named don was close to the counter.i asked him twice who can help me with a courier bag & he just ignored me.i got very upset & told him acknowledge me im talking to you.he tells me you in my way i busy with the trolleys and makes me move.Totally unacceptable. All i wanted for him to call the relevant person or point me in the right direction.When i asked other staff members who i can complain to and they say theres no branch manager.Ive never been treated like this in any store ever. Im a business owner and would never accept such behavior from my staff. I demand an appology from Don and want to know what steps will be taken. No one deserves to be treated this way. I was a frequent customer but have now moved to checkers. The customer service between the two groups can not be compared. Shoprite group excels and wows. Customers dont buy because of price but because of likeability. You entire group needs to change their attitude. <br> <br> Awaiting response.
