I have logged a complaint a few months back already regarding purchasing a 10kg pnp brand sugar at Pick n pay somerset west. It was advertised @ R149,99 but I got charged R184,99. I never received feedback on this and left it at that as I live far from the store and haven't been there since. On 26 November, I went to the new store in Grabouw and bought the Tastic rice special which was 3 x2kg @ R60. They only had 2 x 2kg rice packets left. I was told by the manager, Tebogo, that I must pay for the special and he will notify me as soon as they have stock. He then took down my husband's details. Up to date I have not heard from him, he is never available in store when we go look for him ad almost a month has passed now!! I do know my rights and this is definitely contradicting the law. Please have this resolved asap!!
