Pure definition of Poor service, DISGUSTING

Had to call 5 times before getting assistance and by they time I did it was too late, the staff is unprofessional not even sure they went through training. How do you answer a clients call then decide to have your own conversation with other people on the side whilst my airtime runs out, I cant believe our Country allows business with such DISGUSTING service operate.
