Purchased a garlic b...

Purchased a garlic bread at pick and pay cornubia ,took it home to put it onto a braai it was rotten and full of mould was in no way edible reportes this to Lisa store manager ,Marlene and Jade at cornubia they state head office doesnt give them a clear policy on how to deal with this matter and head office doesnt answer their calls or emails ... I have children that could have eaten this mould poisenous bread and gotten sick is this a joke to pick and pay?
