Pump up goes flat on PnP fuel offer.

Pick'n Pay offer those filling up with petrol at BP stations a''Chance to pump up your smart shopper point'' for every litre purchased.Well to day, as I do every week or so ,at the BP station in Eversdal. To day as in the past I present my smart shopper card.Needless to say it was declined, the chap tried 4 card machines, the same with all of them,That is 29 or so litres that I get no points for, The same happened on the 2 previous occasions,But this time I asked for the ''declined receipt'' as well as a cash slip as proof, the 2 previous occasions, also R400 of petrol, on both times which is 29,81 litres, I didn't get the slips but the attendants can vouch for me as this is the only station that still has LRP fuel. So 89,43 litres of fuel that I have no points for.Banners all over the station boast''Pump up your smart shopper point''. If you are going to promote this type of thing, get your act together and make sure it works.
