Provident fund documents

Really tired of how they treat people its exactly how you get treated when you are in the shop i resigned at pick n pay on September 2018 luckly a lady from old mutual called me to go and sign my provident fund forms which i went to their branch and sign it. Then first week of january i did my follow up with old mutual they told me that they have sent my documents to the head office to be signed and stamped on the 6th of december to Charlene so they said i must do follow up with them, fine i called the head office and they told me that the lady that the email was addressed to was on leave and she is coming back on the 7th of january still fine with me the i called again to that week of 7th i could get her they told me she was on lunch ok the i decided to call her same day round about 3 still i couldn't get her the following day i decided to call her early the lady on the switchboard do as usual transfer the call still dololo no answer ok same day i called round about 3 same story i decided to leave my email address and the message regarding my problem i didn't get any response from her by email, today i called again i don't know how many time still the same story she is not answering the phone . Am really ****ed cause am using airtime and i want to know what is the delay for the document to be signed and forwad it back to old mutual.
