Provident fund delay

I am a former employee at Pick'n Pay Protea Boulevard in Protea Glen mall for 5 years, I left on the 30th April 2021, then when trying to claim my provident fund, the HR lady (Keitumetsi Podile) has been giving me a run around saying she had submitted my documents even though she hadn't I do not know for what reason . I did a follow up at Alexander forbes and they told me that my documents have never been submitted. When contacting her there seem to be a new story every day, saying the documents got lost during looting even though I had submitted them way before the looting, its been over 6 months, there hasn't been any progress as it seems I have to beg for my own money. I have texts of our communications to back up everything...
