Provident fund

I innocentia Maluleke employee no *** Id no *** contact *** resigned from pick n pay I was under saccawu provident found I resigned on the 14.11.2018 today is the 12 .08.2019 I still haven't received my provident found pay out I tried to contact the HR lady in Montana she basically told me that she send the documents to head office in kingstown.when I contacted the wages department in pick n pay head office I was told that the documents have already sent to old mutual for pay out .I then contacted old mutual only to discover that they only thing that pick n pay did was to alert them that I resigned but no claim forms where send to old mutual for the past 6 months I have been contacting the old mutual the answer still the same . Can anyone assist me I cant be waiting for so long
