Protea Glen Mall Pick 'n Pay

I'm very disappointed with the Protea glen mall pick n pay and their stuff is very rude. I went to go claim my R600 lotto money at 8am and the cashier told me that they don't have money I should come after 10am. I went back at 11:30 am and they told me they don't have money and there's nothing they can do about it and the manager Gaogane was very rude and had attitude.
