There is a Ratanga junction promotion currently happening if you purchase for R100 you get a unique code I went in there last week 17/09/15 was told by a lady she is not aware of that promotion she gave me the number to call customer service as she cant assist as she will be finishing at that store on the Sunday it will be her last day with a I dont care attiitude which I did I was told the manager of that store would call me back the next day I am still waiting. I returned today still no unique number spoke to a manager whom was really helpfull . I received a call from Amanda at their customer service and she told me HOUT BAY is not listed for that promotion as promotion is only targetting Western Cape as Hout Bay is listed under Eastern Cape . I aksed her how is that possible and all she could say was she will escalate a call .
