Prompt response by pick n pay

I complained about the bad service at pick n pay constantia and was most surprised at there prompt response especially at apologising. They were aware of the sitauation at a particular counter acknowledged it , apologised and is in the process of rectifying it. And invited me not to stay away but to see for myself the improvement. This is all we ask as consumers and customers... the best service. Thank u pick n pay... especially for putting your customers first.
