The PnP Cake Wheat Flour 2.5kg was advertised for R19.99 over the last few weeks. However, PnP Kyalami on Main did not have stock during this promotion. I also checked at PnP Mall of Africa last week Wednesday. They also did not have stock. Promotional products should at least be in stock.

You should also consider placing a Rain Check notice on shelves were promotional items are sold old. This will at least keep customers informed about the rain check option. This should be a standard policy at all your stores. Customers should not have to speak to the store manager every time they need a rain check. The store manager probably has more important duties to attend to.
