Promotional items

I always do my groceries at Pick n Pay in Kloof KZN. Whenever there are promotions or specials , their system will not take the advertised price for some reason. I always find myself reading my till slips, , checking my items one by one, which very time consuming. Can the management please try and sort out this problem. BUT, on the other hand, their cashiers and all the staff on the floor are very helpful. When i need to get my items returned or something, they never complain. The floor managers and cashiers make me want to go back there again, always. Their store is very clean and I am loving the revamped Clothing shop . Thank you
