Promotion stock And customer service

<p>I have been to the George Mall and MosselBay Mall PnP for the same promotional item on 24 and 25 June. The item was the PnP tissues as advertised. Both shops did not have any stock. In fact the stock was never received. I have received a rain check but it defeat the purpose. I wanted the advertised stock. I had to buy the more expensive one. Why can't the non received promotional item not be substituted by another item? Why must the client always been told "sorry we don't have" I am so sick and tired of those 4 words. You hear that on a weekly basis at both stores.</p> <p> </p> <p>Where is the managers, they are sitting in glass offices not knowing what's going on in there stores. The staff is unfriendly, having personal conversations with each other while servicing clients. Where is the customer service? The staff think they are doing you a favour while servicing you.</p> <p> </p> <p>A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER</p>
