Promotion not honored

Good day,<br> <br> PnP Secunda held a promotion during the last week of April. The promotion was the offer of a R30 discount on the customer's next shop if R300 was spent at the time.<br> <br> I spent over R600, but did not receive the discount. I followed this up with the branch manager, Liza Ngobeni, who was extremely helpful and took it up with PnP Smart Shopper. ***.<br> <br> The consultant who dealt with the case was completely clueless and totally unhelpful. She did not even understand how the promotion worked. She offered that if I spent ANOTHER R300, then she will only honor the discount.<br> <br> I was prepared to do this I had quite a number of items to purchase. However PnP did not have stock on 3 of the things and therefore I ended up shopping for around R240.<br> <br> This is cetainly not the service (or lack thereof) that I expect from PnP. You can follow up my recount of matters with the branch manager herself. <br> <br> I would also like to reiterate what a pleasure it was to deal with Liza. If only all PnP staff were like her, PnP would easily provide the best shopping experience around.
