Promotion issue

There was a Stikeez promotion started at the brackenfell Hyper branch. No where was it advertised as to when this promotion started. I was shopping on Sunday 2 Aug 2015. Upon doing my monthly shopping and reaching the pay point, I enquired about the promotion and how to redeem the Stikeez toys for my children. I spent over R2000 at the store that day. I was then told that the promotion only starts the next day. I was very dissappinted as the special was advertised all over the place with no indication as to when the special started. I then requested to speak to the store manager on duty who spoke to me as if I am an idiot and rudly told me off. I am not satisfied by this and will take this to the newspapers. How can you put out flyers and adverts for a special that only starts the next day and not put a date that clealy states when the promotion starts. Today(3 Aug) I got a phone call from another manager who told me that he also shopped there on Sunday and that the boxes where not supposed to be unpacked. I would like to know what is Pick 'n Pay going to do. I am a regular shopper at that branch and am now a very unsatisfied customer. Maybe I should rather be shopping at Checkers.
