Promoters of Gender Based Violence (GBV)

In May 2022, i lodged a complaint about the Cornubia Pick n Pay. the complaint was lodged by calling the Durban Head Office and I was promised that the Regional Manage will contact me. When I did not get any feedback, I lodged a complaint via the call centre with reference number ***. To date I have not received any feedback, but the case was closed. My complaints were 1) Prices on the shelf does not match the prices at the till point. 2) The attitude of the senior staff. 3) Lack of respect of the store manager I also thought that the attitude and responses from the various persons that i have spoken to reflects the culture of the organisation, which, unfortunately reflects that the store is not doing enough to address the issue of gender based violence and in turn i think that it actually promotes it. I actually think that we should report the store to to be investigated for this
