Promo not app****

Actually, I would give them zero stars if I could. On the 1st of November they had a promotion of any 2 County Fair or PnP chicken products for R70. I asked an employee if it included the County Fair Chicken Steak let's and he said that it did because all the items were the same price. So, I bought 1 box of PnP crumbed chicken cutlets, 1 box of County Fair Steaks and 2 boxes of County Fair Steaklets. Yet when I got home and checked my till slip, I saw that the promotional price was app**** to the PnP Crumbed Cutlets and the County Fair Steaks, but not to the 2 boxes of County Fair Steaklets. I emailed Pick n Pay that same day. It's been a month now and I have still not heard back from them. It's only a saving of R29, 98 but it's the principle that counts. Don't say a promo applies and then you don't apply it. Or train your staff better. And, sadly, it's not the first time that something like this happens to me at Pick n Pay. Seriously disappointed customer
