Good morning I must say I'm very disappointed with you guys..I made an order on Pick n Pay ASAP last night and also used the promo code..today I get a message my order could not be delivered due to an incorrect address..this is the same address I've been using for some time now and be receiving my orders today because I'm using a promo code I'm informed my address is incorrect..next thing I m getting a message that I requested a refund which I never did...well I'm not going to let this go. I will report this to the ombudsman.I'm very much disappointed and i want my items..#Order #***

10 Jul 2025, 06:28Thanks for your reply...I received an email from Siyabonga who is stating that the order was canceled because there was no one to take the order which is a lie..I'm working from home and always available..I have monitored the movement on the order and the last update received was shopping done and next thing order canceled..I need evidence that the driver did come to my place and proof that I was updated about the delivery of my order.
