Professionalism when dealing with query...

So yesterday i was an unhappy customer due to an incident that had transpired at northgate shop. Today however i would like to commend the northgate management (Sifiso) on how he promptly adressed the issue to my satisfacation. I really appreciate all efforts and the explanation plus duly rectifying my query. Thank you again you have managed to put back a smile on this customer.
