Product price mix up
I learnt today that you need detective skills to shop at this branch. I saw Earl Grey Tea on the shelf with the price tag of R25.99 underneath. I placed one in my trolley. After completing my shopping the till registered a price of R51.99. <br> After querying a supervisor took the pack to the aisle and came back with another price,,,of R86.99.After being looked at with suspicion I decided to accompany to verify the price or confirm i had been hallucinating. He showed me the Earl Grey Tea with the price R86,99. <br> This was not the section i picked the pack from. I then showed him where another stack of this product was placed. The R25.99 tag with the arrow pointing up to this stack was still there. He moved it left to another product because it read Lipton Rooibos. Not my fault wrong tag,,im a shopper Now Rooibos got two tags while Lipton Earl Grey none.<br> I then spoke to a manager, Logan[rudely refused to give his surname] who refused to do anything about it apart from asking another supervisor why are there 2 different stacks. There are some serious managerial problems here. PnP policy is the give the customer the shelf price even if erroneous.Don't expect customers to do forensic shopping
